Training

Technical training is included in the purchase price of WMS for all customers located in the Vancouver Lower Mainland (British Columbia). A minimum of six (6) hours of on-site training is provided at the customer's convenience. Please note that all training time provided by Technical Support Staff is provided at no charge.

New Owners

Training for new owners of a Retail or On-Premise business that currently uses WMS is available either On-Site or by purchasing the current documentation. Please view/download the On-Site Training Packages document. Prices for ordering any of the Documentation, Manual(s) On-Site assistance or Videos are included in this document.

Current Owners

Additional training is also available for those current owners of WMS wishing to refresh their skills (or their staff) or to learn more about the many features available in this system. The On-Site Training Packages document includes prices for ordering On-Site assistance.

Videos

Videos describing the basic functions and navigation methods used throughout the system are included in the installation package and include all of the major screens used in the system. They may be run from any computer simply by inserting the Installation CD and selecting the Training folder. Speakers or a headset are required to monitor these videos.
